At the Health Disaster Coordination Center in the Health Ministry, the staff uses Metus Library. It is considered that at this center known as SAKOM, the disasters can be intervened faster and more organized by connecting the health directorates and spot emergency services in 81 cities of Turkey.

At this coordination center 16 TV channels, 12 national channels and 4 international channels, are viewed with the help of Metus Logger. The authorized users including the Health Minister can view these channels from their own PCs with the help of Metus Logger Client. Any desired TV channel can be picked up at anytime time and the program on air are recorded. And this record is archived in Metus Library.

Later on, 5 users at the backside fill the Metadata of these recorded frames and report them. At anytime, those TV channels are projected to barcovision and it is possible that everyone at SAKOM meeting center can view these frames at the same time.

The false news and disinformation from TV channels are detected by this system. Then this information is corrected by contacting the TV channel. So the misinformation and misunderstanding are easily become prevented.
