Requirement : The videos and pictures taken by the school photographers during the meetings and organizations needed to ba archived and organized. The previously collected material in the online storages were so disorganized so that it was really a time consuming process to find the exact material in these storage.

Solution : The videos and images inside the online storages are archived in a centralized repository. These materials are well organized by assigning metadatas to each individual material so that a safer and easy to browse archive is created. It’s now possible to find the required in seconds using the advanced searching capabilities of Metus Ingest.
